Seperti di ketahui Hiu adalah makhluk laut yang paling di takuti, dengan barisan giginya yang setajam silet , sangat mudah bagi hiu untuk merobek-robek mangsanya,mangsa hiu tidak terbatas dari mulai ikan kecil, paus  bahkan terkadang juga manusia, bahkan para ahli juga sempat terbingung-bingung, sewaktu melakukan penelitian pada banyak ikan hiu, tenyata banyak menemukan benda -benda asing di dalam perut ikan hiu itu, mulai dari karet  sampai  pelat nomor mobil (rakus juga ikan nih)

Di film-film, hiu kerap digambarkan sebagai hewan laut yang paling ditakuti. Namun, di alam nyata, ada yang lebih perkasa dari hiu, paus pembunuh atau orca.

Seorang warga Selandia Baru, David Evans, berhasil mengabadikan pertarungan orca dengan sekawanan hiu, baru-baru ini. Pergulatan ini terjadi di Pantai Blue Cliff, Selandia Baru.

"Kami sedang duduk-duduk menikmati sarapan saat beberapa petani datang dan mengaku melihat paus. Lalu, kami ke truk dan mengambil kamera untuk merekam," kata Evans seperti dikutip dari Metro.co.uk.
Sekilas paus menggiring kawanan hiu itu ke pantai. Pertempuran pun berlangsung dan hiu tunggang langgang. Hiu kecil memang kerap menjadi target mangsa paus pembunuh.
